By purchasing from Ruth Kackstaetter Art (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.
2. Products
- All artwork is original or derived from original paintings by Ruth Kackstaetter.
- Fine art prints are individually inspected, signed, and shipped by the artist to ensure quality.
- Other merchandise (such as apparel, home goods, or accessories) is produced and shipped directly by Sellfy’s print-on-demand partners.
- Please note: colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to display differences.
3. Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are securely processed through Sellfy’s checkout system.
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Fine Art Prints: Inspected, packaged, and shipped directly by the artist. Processing may take 7–10 business days before shipping.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Fulfilled and shipped by Sellfy’s print partners. Shipping times vary based on destination and production schedules; estimated delivery is provided at checkout.
- Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or shipping carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Fine Art Prints: Because prints are produced and signed by the artist, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.
- Print-on-Demand Products: Returns and replacements are handled according to Sellfy’s print partner policies. Please contact us, and we will assist with your request.
6. Digital Downloads (if applicable)
- Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase.
- All digital sales are final and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Ruth Kackstaetter.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell artworks, prints, or digital downloads without prior written permission.
